If you have a specific injury or problem, it is advised that the first consultation is 60 minutes, this gives me the opportunity to have a chat about your current symptoms and any previous injuries you may have had, to assess your posture and range of movement. I will then treat you, re-assess and finally, provide you with a treatment plan. Thereafter will be follow up appointments of 30 minutes.
If you are looking to have more of a general massage, you can chose from the length of times as listed. The massage is tailored to your needs. For example, if there are specific areas that feel more restricted or painful than others, I can focus more on those areas.

Deep tissue/ Relaxation/ Sports and Remedial therapy
30 minute massage - £30
60 minute massage - £45
Cancellation policy- I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an appointment. Please make sure it is 24 hours at the latest before your scheduled appointment. We can then re-arrange for another time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment the full price will be charged.
